Hall Community Arts Center (at Clay & Berry streets) will have the following throughout the day—all free:
- Artlink will have a Lakes exhibit and monotype self-portrait activity.
- ARCH will offer historic walking tours of downtown.
- Cinema Center will be showing short movies.
- Dance Collective will have performances and workshops.
Plus an outdoor stage will offer a variety of free music and will have several vendors selling food and beverages:
